SS&C is a global vendor of financial services technologies. On November 16th 2018 this company acquired Intralinks – one of the most well-known data room software providers that at the moment of transaction had more than 800 employees and 4 thousand customers that include numerous banks and companies.
As SS&C CEO Bill Stone has said, they’re very glad about the tech and experience Intralinks will bring to the company. The transaction seemed logical and natural because SS&C and Intralinks already was sharing quite a lot of clients. Working together, they can fulfill all the growing requirements of businesses from various countries and make document maintenance and sharing even more automated and easy.
The CEO of Intralinks was also eager to complete this transaction because of more opportunities this transaction has opened for the VDR vendor.
